Taking the iconic "Born to be Wild" song lyrics to heart, Rockstar Automotive owner, Thomas Gerding, has truly got his "motor runnin'" - as he's recently put the wraps on his latest side project.
Assembled from start-to-finish in just one week, Gerding has built a new motor for his personal vehicle - a Chevy Silverado. Packing 450 "horses," it's a 6.0L, 11.1 compression engine with LS6 heads and boasts a Texas speed camshaft and flat top pistons.
